Fresh, sweet corn is one of the staples of summer. Growing up, one of the only ways I remember eating it was simple corn on the cob, slathered with butter. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that, and I could down a couple of cobs all by myself. But let’s face it: it’s almost impossible to eat corn on the cob gracefully.
