Happy Chinese New Year! Recipe Roundup: Chinese New Year celebrates many of my favorite dishes
2016 is the Year of the Fire Monkey. The celebration will last 7 days, and traditionally it is a time to honor deities and ancestors. You can also find all kinds of predictions of what The Year of the Fire Monkey will hold for you. But you don’t need to wait until Chinese New Year to celebrate all of this wonderful cuisine. There are so many vibrant flavors, and wonderful mix of textures and colors. I could eat Asian food almost daily. So, in honor of this celebration, here are 15 great recipes for my Recipe Roundup: Chinese New Year
