Shrimp is one of the most versatile types of seafood around. It’s low in calories, easy to eat, and can be prepared in so many different ways. Yesterday I was in Tulsa, so I stopped at Bodean Market to pick up some seafood. Coming from the East coast, I’m extremely selective about fresh seafood, and most of what you find in a landlocked state is at least several days old.
