Shrimp is one of the most versatile types of seafood around. It’s low in calories, easy to eat, and can be prepared in so many different ways. Coming from the East coast, I’m extremely selective about seafood, and refused to eat any seafood for the first year I lived in Oklahoma. But I eventually came around, and shrimp was the first, and remains at the top, of my go-to seafood ingredients.
