I love cooking with basil. It adds such great flavor, and is so easy to grow. Recipe Roundup: Basil showcases just 30 ways to use it
Basil is absolutely one of my favorite herbs. It has a strong flavor, but yet it does not overpower any dish. Instead, it adds wonderful flavor. I began growing basil plants a few years ago. Once I got the hang of not killing them, I’ve been able to grow them through the winter for about 2 years; then I buy new plants. Having basil at the ready to pick when needed is so convenient. This week’s Recipe Roundup: Basil highlights this beautiful herb, and all the wonderful ways to use it
