With the exception of vegetarians and vegans, I don’t know anyone who doesn’t eat chicken…except my friend Reilly, and I still can’t figure that one out. Chicken is such a versatile protein, and the options are endless: baked, fried, sauteed, or grilled. You name, it, you can do it with chicken.

In celebration of National Poultry Day, I’m sharing a collection of my 10 most popular chicken recipes. Click on the title of each recipe for the full post and recipe card.
